ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
As soon as your order is placed, the information is sent to our US distribution center. From there the order is packed and shipped directly to you. We currently ship using DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx and Regional Carriers. Delivery will take an estimated 3-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us at orders@cresbeauty.com
Where does The Radiate Collection ship?
The Radiate Collection currently ships to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO, APO, or Military Bases.
We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and hope to ship internationally soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $6 for the purchase of any individual products with the exception of orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii which is $8.
Shipping is $10 for the purchase of the Radiate Collection kit with the exception of orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii which is $12.
We have worked our absolute hardest to minimize shipping costs. Given the increasing fuel prices and ongoing worldwide supply chain constraints we are providing the lowest possible rates.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
In an effort to ship out your products as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once the order has been submitted.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We currently do not offer returns. In the unlikely event you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange it for you as long as it is unused and in original packaging. All requests must be submitted to our team within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Product Information
Where are your products manufactured?
All Radiate by Amanda products are manufactured in Italy.
We utilize a 3rd party logistics partner for distribution domestically. The US based warehouse is located in Texas.
Is the Radiate Collection considered Clean Beauty?
“Clean" beauty does not currently have a regulatory definition by the FDA. With that said, all products in the Radiate Collection are formulated with top of the line ingredients, thoroughly tested, and made to comply with the highest regulations of quality and safety.
Our products contain no parabens, sulfates, allergens, alcohols or artificial fragrances. The Radiate Collection is cruelty-free, gluten free, and vegan.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all products in The Radiate Collection are 100% cruelty-free. Radiate products are never tested on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all products in The Radiate Collection are 100% vegan. We never use animal products or animal-derived GMOs.
Do your products contain gluten?
All products in The Radiate Collection are 100% gluten free. Our products contain no gluten or gluten byproducts.
